YACHT OWNERSHIP :


Yachts, Catamarans, Phinisi Boat which listed on baliyachtboat.com website are a property of the second party ( boat / yacht owner). BALI CRUISING / Baliyachtboat.com is act as a sales agent and a cruises management. All terms and conditions written below are limited and may not automatically applied in full to every boat / yacht you've select to book. All will still refer to the terms and conditions provided by the owner of the yacht / boat itself. The following information is a general description made by BaliYachtBoat.com ( BALI CRUISING )

1. CONFIRMATION:

We will adjust charter / boat / yacht rental request according to the schedule and available of each vessels and may require an woners approval to operates at the requested date. If we send you a booking confirmation, that means the boat you've select is open and available for requested date.

2. INVOICING / BILLS (Advance Payment):

On each booking, We require an upfront payment method with a minimum of 50% cost from total bill as a deposit. However, in a special condition ; such as, a high season or less than a week to depart, we will asking you to pay in a full amount of billing when you make the booking. If we allow you to pay only a deposit amount on your booking day ( up front deposit ) , then you will have to pay the the rest of total billing when boarding to the boat, before we depart to the destination as reserved !

3. CANCELLATION:

If a cancellation made by you, then the paid deposit will not refund to you. And if you have paid in full, then we will try to negotiate with the yacht / boat owner to refund in half amount, but this is not a guarantee.

4. CHANGE THE CRUISE DAY (Change Schedule):

Change date / day is commonly not allowed and not accepted. However, as long as the schedule of the next period of your reschedule days / date is available, then we will discuss this option with yacht / boat owner and if they accept to reschedule then your trip will be available for next reschedule periods.

5. RECEIPT (Proof of Payment):

Once your deposit has been made, or a full payment has been made, either to our bank account or cash payment to our office, you will receive a payment proof / RECEIPT .

6. INSURANCE:

Insurance is not automatically available and included . Some of the boat is not provides a passenger insurances for example : not privided an accident insurance and any emergency situation, including personal belongings loss / damage. Before you book. please check to us whether the boat you are going to book has included insurance or not. Unless if you have your own insurance.
